The Guild of the Birmingham Music Club will host its Grand Gala on January 30, 2016, at Vestavia Country Club, to raise funds for our prestigious music scholarship program and the Birmingham Music Club Concert Series. Following the success of last year’s event, this year’s event will feature a Patron’s Party, Cocktail Dinner and Reception, a silent auction, performance by our honoree, Dawson Hull, announcement of auction winners, and dancing to City Lights.

6:45pm – 8:15pm Cocktail Dinner & Reception & Silent Auction
8:15pm – 8:35pm Silent Auction Tables will close one every 5 minutes until all 4 are closed. An announcement will be made at each interval.
8:35pm – 9:05pm Dawson Hull, pianist performs
9:05pm – 9:30pm Linda Cooper will start announcing the winner of each item.
9:30pm – 10pm Dancing to the band City Lights, socializing, payment processing

Grand Piano $2,500.00 – Title Sponsorship of Merrill Lynch Patron’s Party, one (1) table for ten (10) people to Gala Cocktail Dinner Party and ten (10) Merrill Lynch Patron’s Party, special recognition in the Program, ten (10) drink tickets. Premiere seating.
Percussion $1,000.00 – Title Sponsorship of Gala Honoree/Table Captain, One (1) table for 8 people to Gala Cocktail Dinner Party, four (4) Merrill Lynch Patron’s Party Tickets, special recognition in the Program, and 8 drink tickets. Premiere seating.
Keyboard $500.00 – Two (2) tickets to Gala Cocktail Dinner Party, two (2) Merrill Lynch Patron’s Party Tickets, and two (2) drink tickets. Premiere seating.
Strings $175.00 – One (1) ticket to Gala Cocktail Dinner Party, one (1) Merrill Lynch Patron’s Party Ticket, and drink (1) drink tickets.
Gala Patron $125.00 – One (1) ticket to the Cocktail Reception, one (1) drink ticket.
Friend $100 – One (1) ticket to the Gala Cocktail Dinner Party
